1. Terms

By subscribing to clips&chips, a service operated by Spirit Med (Hauptstraße 151, 10827 Berlin, Germany, VAT ID: DE364075060), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you may not use our services. All content produced by clips&chips is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

2. Services Provided

clips&chips provides faceless and face-on video content services depending on client preferences. This includes scriptwriting, editing, publishing, and project management. Clients may also request us to publish content on their behalf. Multiple brands may be served under a single subscription.

3. Payment & Subscription

1. Payment is required upfront on a monthly or yearly basis, based on the client's choice.
2. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled with at least 30 days' notice.
3. No refunds are provided, but clients may cancel at any time with 30 days' notice.

4. Ownership & Licensing

1. Clients fully own the content produced.
2. clips&chips retains the right to showcase selected work for portfolio and promotional purposes.
3. No further licensing restrictions apply.

5. Creative Direction & Revisions

1. Clients may provide creative direction or leave it to our team.
2. Each video includes up to two revisions.
3. If a client is unresponsive for 14+ days, we reserve the right to proceed using prior approvals or creative judgment.

6. Content Delivery

clips&chips delivers daily videos, with the number of videos determined by the selected subscription tier. There are no restrictions on pausing or resuming content schedules.

7. No Guarantee of Results

clips&chips does not guarantee specific results such as reach, engagement, or virality. All content is produced with best practices, but outcomes depend on platform algorithms and audience behavior.

8. Communication & Support

1. Support is available via email and Slack.
2. We aim to respond within 24 hours on business days.
3. Each client is assigned a dedicated project manager.

9. Data & Third-Party Tools

1. We use third-party tools for editing, communication, and management.
2. We do not collect personal data beyond what is necessary for billing and communication (email and payment info).

10. Termination

We may terminate service in cases of abuse, non-payment, or breach of these Terms. Clients retain rights to all paid and delivered content up to the termination date.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes will be handled by the courts in Berlin, Germany.

12. Modifications

clips&chips may revise these Terms of Service at any time. By continuing to use our service, you agree to be bound by the updated terms.

13. Pricing Plans

We reserve the right to update our pricing plans or the services included in each plan. Any changes will be communicated in advance.

14. Acknowledgements

By using clips&chips, you agree that we may showcase your published content in our portfolio and promotional materials unless explicitly requested otherwise.
